“Best thing I have ever done for myself!!”
I received my implant on 2/8/24. Prior to that I was trying to use a CPAP (after trying 3 different masks). I realized that there had to be another way to treat my sleep apnea. That's when I discovered Inspire and doctors that would help me. My sleeping and health is so much better!
Interests:
Since I recently retired, I now enjoy cooking and trying to garden. I also have a sweet dog, Loki, who keeps me very busy!
Why I chose Inspire therapy to treat my sleep apnea:
When I was diagnosed with sleep apnea I was told there were different ways to treat it: CPAP, a mouth device (from a dentist) and Inspire. Since the CPAP was not working, I decided to investigate Inspire therapy.
Why am I a patient ambassador?
When researching Inspire therapy, I could not find anyone that I could ask about it. I was able to find a conference call with a rep and doctor to help. I want to be the person people can ask about my Inspire experience.
