Hi, my name is Jim Boyle, and I am a veteran who has dealt with numerous methods to improve my sleep. I left the CPAP for an Oral Appliance, which gave me relief until a regular sleep study showed my AHI was back above 40 and I could not adjust the device any further. Inspire and the awake endoscopy adjustments have provided a solution which has lowered my AHI to 11. My implant date was March 8th, 2024 and I was activated April 8th, 2024. In October of 2024 I had my comfort setting adjustments made. It works for me, and I am glad that I have it.

The information available showed improved sleep and less disturbance for family members. It has shown to be easier to travel with as well, no CPAP machine to carry around.
I want to share my experience and journey with others and try to get the information out to potential and current patients for their benefit.
