Game changer, easy, and amazing!
Alden got his Inspire device in May 2025 and it has been a game changer. We didn’t realize how severe his sleep apnea was, so he tried to use a CPAP machine for months. Unfortunately, he wouldn’t keep it on throughout the night so we had to explore other options.
Inspire has been amazing. We no longer hear snoring, and Alden has more energy throughout the day to do all the things he loves. The best part is he is able to manage the device independently and be in control of his sleep.

Alden loves playing water polo, swimming, and dancing. In the summer he enjoys doing Junior Lifeguards on the beach. He loves his Hot Wheels, Monster Jam trucks, dinosaurs, and everything music.
He would put his CPAP machine on at night, but would take it off 2-3 hours in. We knew we had to find something that worked so he could live a long healthy life.
Knowing your child (with down Syndrome) has severe sleep apnea and the health risks that go with it is not a good feeling. Finding an option like Inspire has been life changing. It is scary thinking of having something implanted in your child, but it has been a great choice for us. I want to share with others that there are options that work for our kiddos.
