My Inspire® implant was 9/22/2021. I currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado. Inspire has been a life changer. I now get restful, uninterrupted sleep. I have more energy to do the things I love and to keep up with my two teenagers. My overall health is much improved.
Interests:
Some of my main interests and hobbies are either easier or back in play such as coaching, golf, and beach volleyball. I've even tried completely new activities such as surfing.
Why I chose Inspire therapy to treat my sleep apnea:
The CPAP just didn't work for me. It was uncomfortable, which made sleep more difficult. I was a side-sleeper and it made that nearly impossible. I would wake up in the middle of the night and rip it off the few times I used it.
Why am I a patient ambassador?
I feel that being an Ambassador gives others an impartial view of something that can change their life. I love being able to help them. I'm proud and thankful to be a part of Inspire.
